Snider signed a minor-league contract with Atlanta on Tuesday, Jon Heyman of MLB Network reports.
The 33-year-old is a long shot at best to make the team, as he hasn't appeared in a big-league game since 2015. In 630 career games at the highest level, he owns a modest .244/.311/.399 slash line. He spent time with the Diamondbacks and Marlins last season but never made either team's 40-man roster.
