Brendon Davis: Cut loose by Detroit

The Tigers declined to tender Davis a contract for 2023.

A fifth-round pick by the Dodgers in 2015, Davis finally reached the majors with the Tigers at the tail end of last season. He has displayed decent on-base skills at Triple-A and is still only 25 years old even after seven seasons in affiliated ball.
