Cardinals' Lane Thomas: Out with fractured wrist

Thomas was placed on the 10-day injured list Friday with a fractured right wrist.

Thomas was hit by a pitch during both of his appearances off the bench against the Brewers, though he stayed in to run the bases on both occasions. The severity of the fracture remains unclear, but the 24-year-old seems likely to be sidelined for at least a few weeks.
