Dodgers' Blake Treinen: Resumes throwing

Treinen (shoulder) began throwing again Tuesday, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

Progress has been slow in Treinen's recovery, and a temporarily shutdown last Thursday delayed matters further. Treinen said he's feeling better now -- resuming throwing is certainly a good sign -- but he doesn't know if he'll be able to begin the playoffs on the Dodgers' postseason roster.
