Miller will be recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma City to start Saturday's game against the Cardinals, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.
With Tyler Glasnow (elbow) on the injured list, the Dodgers will turn to Miller to fill the gap in their rotation. The 25-year-old righty has performed poorly in the majors this season (8.07 ERA, 1.83 WHIP in 29 innings over seven starts), and his results over his last three starts at Triple-A (5.54 ERA, 1.69 WHIP and 11:11 K:BB in 13 innings) don't inspire much confidence. Even with Glasnow landing on the IL, the Dodgers have five other healthy starting options and an off day coming up Thursday, so Miller might not be guaranteed any further turns in the rotation beyond Saturday.
