Peralta left Friday's game versus the Dodgers with an apparent injury, Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Peralta appeared to turn his ankle while he was hustling to first base, and while he initially stayed in the contest, the outfielder was eventually unable to continue. James Outman has replaced Peralta in the lineup, shifting Jonny DeLuca to left field.
