McKinstry (neck) isn't starting Monday's game against the Rockies, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.
McKinstry was scratched from Sunday's lineup against Atlanta due to neck stiffness and will take a seat for a second consecutive game. Trayce Thompson is starting in right field and batting ninth once again.
