Lee isn't in the Giants' lineup for Friday's game against the Diamondbacks, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
After extending his hitting streak to 10 games with two hits Thursday, Lee will take a seat Friday against left-hander Jordan Montgomery. Tyler Fitzgerald will fill the void in center field and bat eighth.
