The Giants signed Huang to a minor-league contract Tuesday.
Huang will return to affiliated ball in 2022 after he didn't pitch last season following his release from the Rangers organization in 2020. All four of his career big-league appearances came with Texas back in 2019, with the Taiwanese right-hander giving up two earned runs on eight hits and five walks over 5.2 innings.
