Indians' Carlos Frias: Outrighted to Triple-A

Frias cleared through waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Columbus on Sunday.

Frias was designated for assignment Tuesday in order to open up a 40-man roster spot for Bradley Zimmer. No other clubs showed interest in the hurler, so he'll rejoin the Triple-A squad.
