Frias (finger) was activated from the 7-day disabled list Wednesday.
Frias is back with Triple-A Columbus after a brief stay on the shelf due to a blister. The 27-year-old, who owns a 7.79 ERA through 34.2 innings with Columbus this season, will return to serving as organizational pitching depth now that he's healthy.
