Morgan will start Friday's game against the Blue Jays, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.
Morgan was protected from the Rule 5 draft in November, and he made three starts for Triple-A Columbus to begin the season. He posted a 3.95 ERA and 1.59 WHIP in 13.2 innings during that time, and he'll now take the mound at home for Friday's series opener against Toronto.
