Mariners' Mitch Haniger: Resting Tuesday

Haniger isn't in the Mariners' lineup for Tuesday's game against Oakland.

Haniger is 1-for-15 with six strikeouts over his last five games and will now miss out on the starting nine for the second consecutive game. Cal Raleigh will take over as Seattle's designated hitter while Mitch Garver catches for Luis Castillo.
