Robles agreed to a two-year, $9.75 million contract extension with the Mariners on Monday, Jorge Castillo of ESPN.com reports.
The deal contains a $9 million club option for 2027 and features $2 million in bonuses and escalators. Robles was released by the Nationals in June but quickly caught on with the Mariners and has resurrected his career, slashing .303/.372/.450 with three home runs and 12 stolen bases in 42 games. He had been set to reach free agency this offseason but will remain in Seattle for a while longer.
