Mets' Genesis Cabrera: Reporting to Triple-A

Cabrera was sent outright to Triple-A Syracuse on Monday, per MLB's transactions log.

Cabrera was booted from the club's 40-man roster Saturday despite posting a 3.52 ERA over 7.2 innings this season. He didn't draw any interest on the waiver wire, so he'll report to Syracuse to serve as bullpen depth.
