Mets' Jarrett Parker: Added to 60-man pool

Parker has been named to the Mets' 60-man player pool, Tim Britton of The Athletic reports.

The 31-year-old posted good numbers at Triple-A Salt Lake in the Angels' system last year, but Parker has never been able to establish himself as a consistent big-league hitter. He could get another chance as part of a Mets roster that is thin on healthy outfield options.
