The Nationals selected Harris with the No. 106 overall pick in the 2026 First-Year Player Draft.
Harris, a prep righty from Texas, had some impressive starts in front of top evaluators over the past year, even though his stuff isn't overpowering right now. There is a lot to work with, as Harris has good command of a deep repertoire and excellent movement traits on his fastball.
