Baumler was placed on the 7-day injured list at Single-A Delmarva on Thursday due to right shoulder inflammation, Nathan Ruiz of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Baumler has missed his last three turns through the starting rotation due to his right shoulder inflammation, and he'll be sidelined for at least another week. It's not yet clear when he's expected to return to game action.
