Dickerson is dealing with a swollen foot, MASN Sports' Roch Kubatko reports.
Dickerson fouled a ball off his right shin in the Orioles' spring opener and while he initially played through the injury, he experienced renewed swelling after switching to a different pair of cleats in a game over the weekend. He was limited to fielding and hitting drills Monday, but plans to test out the foot by running Tuesday. The veteran outfielder is attending camp on a minor-league deal and appears to be a long shot to make the Opening Day roster.
