Harang became a free agent Monday, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Harang indicated after the season that he is considering retirement. He was 6-15 with a 4.86 ERA and a 108:51 K:BB in 172.1 innings for the Phillies this year. If he continues playing, he will likely be of interest to a rebuilding club looking for a cheap starter that can eat innings.
