Pirates' Hector Noesi: Added to team pool

Noesi has been included as part of Pittsburgh's 60-man player pool.

The righty struggled with Miami last season, registering an 8.46 ERA in 27.2 innings. Noesi will provide depth out of the bullpen if he makes the team. The 33-year-old has never shown the ability to retire major-league hitters consistently since coming up as a Yankees prospect a decade ago.
