Lowe (hip) will be re-evaluated Tuesday and could resume baseball activities within the next couple days, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Lowe has been shut down for the last few days with left hip inflammation but appears to be making nice progress. More will be known about his outlook in the coming days, but Lowe remains confident that he will be available for the Rays on Opening Day.
