Rays' Mike Zunino: Gets breather in nightcap

Zunino isn't starting the second game of Wednesday's doubleheader against Cleveland, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Zunino went hitless with three strikeouts in three at-bats in the first game of Wednesday's twin bill. Francisco Mejia will take his place at catcher and bat sixth.
