Jarren Duran will start in center field and bat leadoff as the Red Sox face off against the Twins and right-hander Sonny Gray. Duvall is slashing .177/.282/.324 with 12 strikeouts in 10 games since he returned June 9 from a two-month absence to heal a left wrist fracture.
