Red Sox's Tommy Pham: Pulled with back tightness

Pham was removed from Friday's game in Baltimore due to low-back tightness, Ian Browne of MLB.com reports.

Pham went 2-for-4 with two doubles, three RBI and a run before exiting the contest during the fifth inning. The 34-year-old should be considered day-to-day heading into Saturday's contest since the severity of the injury remains unclear.
