Abreu is out of the lineup for Monday's game in Baltimore.

The Orioles have southpaw Cole Irvin on the mound Monday, so the left-handed hitting Abreu will take a seat. Rob Refsnyder will be in right field for the Red Sox and also occupy the second spot in the batting order.
