Isbel (face) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rays.
Isbel will get at least one day off to heal up from the facial injury he suffered in the Royals' 7-4 win Saturday, when he fouled a ball off himself in the seventh inning. Garrett Hampson will spell Isbel in center field.
