Twins' Gabriel Moya: Rehab assignment begins next week

Moya (shoulder) will report to Double-A Pensacola to begin a rehab assignment Tuesday or Wednesday, Phil Miller of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

He started dealing with shoulder tendinitis in spring training, leading to an IL stint to begin the year. Moya could return to the majors by the end of the month if his rehab assignment goes as planned.
