The Twins have selected Hall with the 114th overall pick in the 2023 First-Year Player Draft.
Hall can struggle to crack 90 mph on the radar gun, but he was able to miss plenty of bats while at Southern Mississippi thanks in large part to an excellent changeup. His ceiling is probably a fifth starter, but at the very least he would seem to have a decent chance to be a useful multi-inning reliever.
