Yankees' Andrew Miller: Returns to mound in spring training

Miller (wrist) issued a strikeout and a walk in 0.2 innings of work in Saturday's Grapefruit League game against the Marlins.

Miller had already been medically cleared to pitch after breaking his non-throwing wrist, but it's still an encouraging sign that he was able to get through game action without incident. All signs point toward the lefty being available by Opening Day, where he figures to serve as the team's closer with Aroldis Chapman suspended.
