DeLuca went 2-for-4 with a pair of solo home runs in Sunday's 7-3 loss to the Phillies.

DeLuca got the Rays on the board in the fifth inning with his solo shot off Zack Wheeler before adding a second homer in the seventh off Alex McFarlane. It's the first career multi-homer game for DeLuca, who totaled 11 long balls this year. The outfielder finished the regular season strong, going 9-for-23 (.391) over his last six games. Overall, DeLuca slashed .266/.300/.429 with 50 RBI, 44 runs scored and 17 stolen bases across 370 regular-season plate appearances.

The Red Sox transferred White (foot) to the 60-day injured list Sunday.

A 40-man spot was needed for the returning Tanner Houck (elbow), and this was the logical move with White having recently undergone Lisfranc surgery on his right foot. White ends the 2026 regular season with a .246/.289/.398 slash line, six homers, 29 RBI, 27 runs scored and five stolen bases across 204 major-league plate appearances between Atlanta and Boston.

Trout is not in the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Mariners, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

With nothing left to play for in 2026, Trout will sit, having already logged 633 plate appearances this season, his most since 2016. Zach Neto will serve as the designated hitter Sunday while Oswald Peraza mans shortstop and bats seventh against right-hander Logan Gilbert.

Cruz (knee) is absent from the lineup for Sunday's game versus the Tigers.

Cruz was forced to exit Saturday's game with a left knee injury. The good news is an MRI came back negative, per Kevin Gorman of TribLive.com, but there's no reason to push Cruz to play during the regular-season finale. He will finish the 2026 campaign having hit .280/.368/.486 with 20 home runs and 30 stolen bases over just 97 contests.

Harris is not in the lineup for Sunday's tilt in Miami.

Harris will receive an extra day of rest as Atlanta heads into postseason play. DaShawn Keirsey will net a start in center field during Sunday's regular-season finale.

Acuna is not in the lineup for Sunday's game in Miami.

Sunday's regular-season finale doesn't mean anything for Atlanta as far as the postseason goes, so Acuna will get a little rest. Brewer Hicklen will patrol right field and will bat eighth.

Merrill is not in the lineup for Sunday's contest against the Diamondbacks.

Merrill will receive a little extra rest as the Padres gear up for postseason play. Jase Bowen will patrol center field and will be situated in the No. 9 spot in the Padres' batting order for Sunday's regular-season finale.

The Red Sox recalled Eaton from Triple-A Worcester on Sunday.

Eaton will return to provide outfield depth for Game 162 of the regular season, though he seems unlikely to be on Boston's playoff roster. The 29-year-old has slashed just .146/.293/.250 with one home run and two steals in 58 major-league plate appearances this season.

Tatis is not in the lineup for Sunday's tilt versus the Diamondbacks.

It's the first day off since Aug. 12 for Tatis, who has been scorching-hot to close out the regular season in slashing .337/.413/.652 with eight home runs in September. Dustin Harris will play right field, and Jake Cronenworth will cover second base for the Padres in Sunday's finale.

Lara is not in the lineup for Sunday's contest versus the Cardinals.

Lara will begin Sunday's festivities on the bench while Sal Frelick plays right field for the Brewers. The rookie outfielder has struggled down the stretch for Milwaukee, slashing only .188/.243/.203 in September.
