76ers' Georges Niang: Available Saturday

Niang (illness) will play in Saturday's game against Utah, Eric Walden of The Salt Lake Tribune reports.

Niang was tabbed as questionable for the contest after missing shootaround but will suit up and take the floor Saturday. With Tobias Harris (knee) absent, he could be in line for extra minutes.
