76ers' Paul George: Won't play Thursday

George (knee) will not play Thursday against the Warriors, Noah Levick of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.

George was previously considered questionable, but the 76ers will hold him out for the front end of this back-to-back set. Presumably, George will be good to go for Friday's game against the Bucks unless there's been a setback in his recovery.
