Cavaliers' Chris Andersen: Resting for Friday's game

Andersen will be rested and not play in Friday's preseason contest against the Bulls, K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune reports.

Andersen is one of nine Cleveland veterans who are being rested and didn't make the trip to Chicago. He'll likely play in Tuesday's preseason matchup with the Wizards.
