Allen (ankle) was able to practice Monday, Steve Popper of Newsday reports.
Allen's ability to practice bodes well for his chances of making his season debut Tuesday against the Knicks, after the veteran center sat out Cleveland's first three games. Whenever Allen returns, Evan Mobley will shift over to power forward on the top unit and likely bump one of Isaac Okoro and Max Strus to a bench role.
