Smart won't return to Tuesday's game against the 76ers due to a sprained right ankle, Tim Bontemps of ESPN.com reports. He'll finish the night with seven points (2-3 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-4 FT) and one assist in 13 minutes.

Smart sprained his ankle in the second quarter and limped off the court under his own power. That said, it would be surprising to see him play Wednesday against the Pistons, which is the Celtics' final game before the All-Star break. If Smart is out for that contest, Derrick White and Payton Pritchard would absorb nearly all the minutes at point guard.
