Daishen Nix: Waived by Houston

Nix was waived by the Rockets on Friday.

Nix signed with the Rockets earlier Friday but was waived shortly after, positioning him to likely join their G League affiliate, the Rio Grande Valley Vipers. The guard made three brief appearances with the Timberwolves last season, averaging 0.3 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 4.3 minutes per game.
