Richardson (shoulder) was unable to practice Monday, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Richardson was unable to make any appearances during the preseason and has been limited in every practice he's participated in. Barring a surprise, it's likely that Richardson will be held out of Opening Night against the Magic on Wednesday.
