Hornets' Jaylen Sims: Inks deal with hometown Hornets

Sims signed a contract with Charlotte on Monday.

Sims spent his collegiate career at UNC Wilmington, averaging 12.1 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 112 appearances over four seasons. The 6-foot-6 guard is a Charlotte native, so he'll look to make an impression on his hometown club in training camp ahead of the 2022-23 season.
