Lakers' Marcus Smart: Expected to play

Smart (quadriceps) said he will likely play Friday against Memphis, Khobi Price of The Orange County Register reports.

After missing the past two games, Smart participated in the morning shootaround and appears on track to return despite carrying a questionable tag. Additionally, Luka Doncic (finger) may also return for the Lakers. If that happens, Smart won't have a ton of upside offensively.
