Leaky Black: Waived by Washington

The Wizards waived Black on Saturday.

Black was always considered a long shot to make the roster, so this is far from a surprising outcome. Black made 26 appearances as a two-way player for the Hornets in 2023-24, averaging 2.7 points and 1.8 rebounds in 10.9 minutes. He's expected to play in the G League in 2024-25.
