Davis is doubtful to return for Saturday's game against the Rockets due to a lower-body injury.
Cleared to make his Mavericks debut Saturday after having not played since Jan. 28 due to an abdominal strain, Davis appeared to suffer an aggravation of the injury in the third quarter. The Mavericks will provide more details on Davis' condition after the game, but his early exit puts a damper on what had been an impressive team debut. Prior to his departure, the superstar big man racked up 26 points (10-18 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 4-6 FT), 16 rebounds, seven assists and three blocks in 31 minutes.
