Sheppard is scheduled for surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his left knee Wednesday, Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Sheppard was diagnosed with a torn left meniscus Friday, and the team has since determined that he'll require surgery. A timetable for the guard's return should start to come into focus after the procedure.
