Pistons' Derrick Rose: Out for personal reasons

Rose won't play Saturday against the Lakers due to personal reasons, Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com reports.

Rose will miss a third game in a row Saturday. This one is due to a personal reason, the previous was due to rest, and the first was due to an illness. In his absence, Delon Wright and Saddiq Bey should continue seeing extra minutes.
