Rockets' Jack McVeigh: Assigned to G League

Houston assigned McVeigh to the G League's Rio Grande Valley Vipers on Tuesday, Kelly Iko of The Athletic reports.

McVeigh saw some rare NBA minutes during Monday's loss to the Thunder, finishing with six points in seven minutes. The Rockets are expected to get some players back from injury Tuesday, however, so McVeigh will link back up with the Vipers.
