Towns totaled 36 points (13-17 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 10-11 FT), 15 rebounds, five assists and three blocks in 34 minutes during Saturday's 135-121 victory over the Trail Blazers.
Towns was a one-man wrecking crew Saturday, having his way with an undermanned Trail Blazers frontcourt. The Timberwolves have now won four straight games and 12 of their past 16, due in no small parts to Towns. With his big outing Saturday, Towns joined Tim Duncan as the only players in NBA history to produce a 35-15-5-3 stat line with at least 75 percent shooting from the field.
