Lillard closed with 25 points (9-13 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five assists, three rebounds and one steal across 31 minutes during Tuesday's 119-100 victory over Denver.

Lillard's 40.2 percent mark from the field this season is still the worst of his career, but the veteran point guard is finally beginning to break out of his shooting slump. The counting stats he delivered Tuesday were useful enough, but the 9-for-13 shooting effort from the field and 5-for-8 showing from distance have to be especially encouraging for his investors. Following a wretched 2-for-13 game Nov. 5 against the Pacers, Lillard has turned in 47.4/40.8/91.7 percent shooting splits from the field, three-point line and free-throw line, respectively, over his subsequent eight starts.
