Smart (finger) will start in Thursday's game against the Magic.

After sitting out Wednesday's win over the Kings, Smart will return to action and will pick up his first start as a member of the Wizards while Jordan Poole (elbow) gets the night off. Over his last five outings, Smart has averaged 6.0 points, 2.4 assists, 1.6 rebounds and 1.4 steals across 15.4 minutes per contest.
