2017 Outlook: Chargers DST

The Chargers DST improved dramatically in 2016, and they could be considered a borderline starter in most leagues. The Chargers DST finished No. 13 last year with 18 interceptions, 35 sacks, 10 fumble recoveries and five touchdowns. A big reason was the addition of rookie pass rusher Joey Bosa, who led the team with 10.5 sacks, and the Chargers have some quality playmakers in Corey Liuget, Denzel Perryman, Melvin Ingram, Jason Verrett and Casey Hayward. You might not consider the Chargers DST a No. 1 Fantasy option, but they should be considered a streaming option and a unit to use off waivers if they start off the season playing well.
