49ers' Spencer Burford: Dodgers major injury

Burford avoided a high ankle sprain after exiting Sunday's win over the Titans, David Lombardi of SFStandard.com reports.

Burford was able to play for most of the game, but was forced to exit late. There was concern that he suffered a serious injury, though head coach Kyle Shanahan expects that Burford will be able to practice during the week leading up to Monday's matchup against the Colts.
